	At Kaya Films, we specialize in capturing your whole wedding day, not just the ceremony. We act as your eyes and ears to catch those special interactions between you, your loved ones and friends in a real way that is not staged or scripted. We capture all those little moments for you that show how this special day is really your special day.

	How does this work?

	Consultation meeting: We meet to discuss your big day and what you’d like your video to reflect. We work with you to decide all the details of your video prior to your wedding day, such as identifying specific moments you’d like to have captured, such as the bouquet toss or the first dance.

	Picking a Package: You decide what package works best for you and how many copies of the DVD you’d like to receive. We include 3 as part of the package, and additional DVDs may be ordered up to 1 year after your wedding for an additional cost.

	Scheduling: Next, based on the package you choose or create, we outline the specific schedule for when the Videographer will arrive and how long they will stay at your event. Additionally, we confirm in writing the timeline of your event and any special requests. To confirm your scheduled date, we require a 50% deposit on your total package cost.

	Your wedding day: On your big day, you don’t even have to know the Videographer is there – unless you have a special last minute request for something. We will leave pre-addressed mailing envelopes for your family and friends with instructions for how to send their pictures they can be included in your video.

	6-8 weeks after your wedding: We will contact you when your video is ready to preview. You will receive your DVD copies of your wedding video (remember, 3 copies are standard). At this time, final payment is due.

	Now your wedding video is in your hands and you can watch and relive your special day over and over!
